This company is more than amazing. I called 3 other local companies and most of them showed up Hours late if at all. I finally called Matt Alba, and he was at my house less than an hour after we first talked. This was the first reason, but far from the last reason why I picked Dr. Ductless. I was having a party the following night and expressed my concerns about the party going off without any issues and wanting the new A/C installed before. I knew this was a long shot, but low and behold the following day Matt and a crew of 4 guys showed up and installed our new units better than could be expected. They were Beyond professional and even put down painter’s plastic over all of my floorings to ensure they created no mess. Overall, a five-star review is a huge understatement. I will be using them for any of my future projects.
